After 7 years of fundraising and planning, the busy Southern Alberta community of Taber is now home to the region’s newest modern concrete skate facility. Located in the Town’s beautiful Confederation Park, the park consists of just under 13,000 sqft of custom skateable terrain set within a nearly 18,000 sqft footprint. Along with the unique hard surface configuration, the project also includes a network of new walking paths, planting areas and informal spectator seating designed to improve park access and allow for comfortable viewing by the park’s high volume of users.
