After nearly four years since the Coaldale Skatepark Working Group was formed and the project was given the green light, the newly constructed Coaldale Kinsmen Skatepark celebrated its grand opening bringing great community pride to the Town of Coaldale, Alberta.
Joined by New Line Skateparks team members, including Design Director Kanten Russell, California’s SK8MAFIA pro skateboarders Brandon Turner and Alexis Ramirez made their first stop at Boarderline Skateshop in the City of Lethbridge to sign autographs before hyping up the community with a skate demo at the Coaldale Skatepark which had everyone buzzing!
Congratulations to the Kinsmen Club of Coaldale on its 75th anniversary and the community of Coaldale and surrounding areas. The efforts put forth through collaboration among locals and the greater community has resulted in an accessible, integrated, and multi-functional community space for users of all ages and abilities to enjoy for years to come!
